Combining motorcycle technology and maintaining the advantages of a scooter the Nexus displays several mechanical solutions, usually only seen on a motorcycle, that provide racing performance and extraordinary manoeuvrability while keeping the vehicle safe and stable at high speeds.
The innovative ´Power Drive´ rear shock absorber system is fully adjustable to suit different riding style and road conditions. Moreover, the engine is rigidly mounted to the frame through the ´Direct Link´ ensuring excellent handling and with the linked braking system, especially developed for the Nexus, the Gilera Nexus provides powerful and controllable braking in all conditions
