I have owned this bike for about 5 months, the instant i got it I loved it. I appologise for the spelling in advance lol Review of the Roadster 125 submitted on 2006-11-23.
Now firstly i will point out the bad points on this bike. Firstly part, it is so hard to find parts for these bike and when you do finaly find them there so expensive you have to sell your kidneys to pay for them. However the bike is reliable so it doesnt constantly need parts. It has a decent STOCK speed of 80 mph and will do about 65mpg at this speed. deristricted it will probly do about 100mph. Earlier this year i went touring inj the south of england, i packed the bike with 2 full 48 litre paniers, a 52 litre saddle pack a 48 litre back box and an expandable tank bag, It pulled all this and me (weighing and 12 stone) with out even batting an eyelid. the acceleration was still very fast and it still reached the top speed quight fast. on this holiday i was unfortunite enough to hit a deer at 50mph. the bike had mostly frontal damage but this was soon sorted by an engineer(forks twisted). the bike did a good job of protecting me and i walked away with a slight bit of road rash on one knee. over all this bike is wonderful and i would recomend it for anyone. If your leaning or just want some fun this is the bike for you!!
